Responsibilities
- Perform catheter-based interventions, including angioplasty, stenting, and other advanced cardiovascular procedures.
- Diagnose and manage patients with complex coronary and structural heart disease.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including general cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cardiovascular surgeons.
- Participate in hospital-wide initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and advancing interventional cardiology services.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows as part of the hospital’s academic mission.
- Contribute to quality improvement programs and administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Interventional Cardiology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of New York.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
