Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Raven3 Real Estate LLC, ensuring profitability, financial sustainability, and strategic growth. This role will involve capital raising, financial reporting, risk management, and investor relations. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop financial strategies that align with the company's investment goals.
Compensation : $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business expansion and profitability.
- Provide financial forecasting, risk management, and investment planning to optimize company performance.
- Lead capital raising efforts (debt and equity financing) to fuel growth.
- Evaluate M&A opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and secure financing from investors, private equity firms, and institutional lenders.
- Manage the company's capital structure, cash flow, and debt strategy.
- Optimize the financial terms of real estate acquisitions and development projects.
