Job Responsibilities :
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform initial assessment of mental health conditions
Order and analyze necessary diagnostic tests
Prescribe appropriate evidence-based treatment and medication
treat adolescents to adults
Job Requirements :
BC / BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
NY State Medical License
