Responsibilities
- Provide patient consultations and advanced physical testing and assessments to inform the patient's health status.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address acute and chronic health issues.
- Interpret lab and diagnostic test results to create actionable care plans.
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with patients and families, ensuring continuity of care across generations.
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- License to practice Medicine in NY
