Responsibilities :

Foster strong, trust-based relationships with patients and families , ensuring continuity of care across generations. Requirements :
MD or DO
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
License to practice Medicine in NY
