Our client, a network of healthcare centers in New York City providing high-quality integrated medical care, is hiring Nurse Practitioner, Addiction, HIV.
Job Responsibilities :
Provides comprehensive care, including diagnostic interviews, medication, and medication reviews
Documents all patient care in electronic medical record
Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings, weekly team meetings and weekly case conference meetings as requested or required.
Facilitates ongoing chart reviews to ensure quality indicators are met Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree required.
Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner education program registered by the New York State Education Department.
Must possess a valid NYS license and DEA registration.
Minimum 1 year of experience
