Our client, a network of healthcare centers in New York City providing high-quality integrated medical care, is hiring Nurse Practitioner, Addiction, HIV.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive care, including diagnostic interviews, medication, and medication reviews
- Documents all patient care in electronic medical record
- Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings, weekly team meetings and weekly case conference meetings as requested or required.
- Facilitates ongoing chart reviews to ensure quality indicators are met
- Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree required.
- Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner education program registered by the New York State Education Department.
- Must possess a valid NYS license and DEA registration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Experience with addiction treatment and HIV

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
