Responsibilities:
- Patient Evaluation and Treatment: Diagnose, evaluate, and treat patients with knee and shoulder injuries and conditions.
- Advanced Diagnostic Techniques: Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and surgical interventions when necessary.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including arthroscopic surgery, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, meniscal repair, rotator cuff repair, labral repair, shoulder stabilization procedures, and joint replacement (arthroplasty).
- Treatment Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs, goals, and preferences.
- Patient Satisfaction: Ensure optimal outcomes and high levels of patient satisfaction through personalized care.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with primary care physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
