Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and manage the Business Intelligence and Operations department, including analysts and project coordinators.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Partner with leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics solutions that measure and improve performance across the organization.
- Utilize advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights that support clinical, operational, and financial goals.
- Lead data modeling and forecasting efforts to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee the execution of operational improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive projects to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and innovation.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and project coordinators.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- Ensure staff are equipped with the tools and training needed to leverage data effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the COO and leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to shape organizational strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL, with a strong understanding of data warehousing and advanced analytics techniques.
- Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies and insights.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Strong leadership background with experience building, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
