We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at TAL Building Centers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our sales floor remains fully stocked, well-organized, and clean. Your primary responsibilities will include moving merchandise from the stockroom to the appropriate floor location, replenishing low or out-of-stock items, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have one year of prior warehouse clerk experience and a high school diploma or equivalent years of experience. A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.
Physical Requirements
This role requires frequent standing, walking, and reaching, as well as occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing. You will frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Compensation
