Role and responsibilities
- Coaches delivery teams on Agile practices to enhance product and service quality.
- Elevates team performance through targeted coaching and development.
- Promotes self-organization, cross-functional skills, and effective communication.
- Determines the best delivery approach-Agile or Waterfall-based on project complexity.
- Aligns teams and stakeholders to balance value delivery with deadlines.
- Advances Agile practices and coordinates with IT PMO on methodologies.
- Defines and documents requirements as features and stories with stakeholders.
- Facilitates Scrum events tailored to project needs.
- Manages cross-project dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
- Resolves team impediments to optimize delivery.
- Oversees project administration, ensuring best practices.
- Controls scope and change management.
- Collaborates with technical teams and business stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Translates goals into actionable plans.
- Handles project communication and performance reporting.
Qualifications
The salary range for this role is US$110,000 - US$150,000
