Job Description
The candidate will perform Application Production Support activities as part of the Equity Derivatives eTrading application support team. This role combines providing real-time support for Equity Derivatives eTrading systems with contributing to broader strategic initiatives. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, monitoring application performance, and facilitating smooth interactions between IT and the Equity Derivatives business (traders and sales).
Role and responsibilities
- Provide proactive and reactive support for Equity Derivatives applications.
- Manage real-time incident resolution to minimize trading disruptions.
- Collaborate with development and product teams for system improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Develop monitoring tools and perform regular system maintenance.
- Address performance bottlenecks and coordinate resolutions.
- Serve as a technical interface for traders and business users.
- Maintain documentation and share best practices within the support team.

Qualifications
The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$140,000.
