- Upstream experience
- Managing internal and outsourced teams
- Private Equity experience preferred
- Oversee all accounting including revenue, joint interest billing, general accounting, and financial reporting.
- Serve as a strategic leader bringing extensive experience in the E&P sector ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementation of best practices in accounting.
- Manage both in house and outsourced accounting resources.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth and operational goals.
