Position : Accounting Associate –
Reports to : Vice President, Accounting
Location : Philadelphia, PA Office
Position Summary and Essential Functions :
Seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide temporary support with accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Core Responsibilities :
- Process invoices and purchase orders
- Data entry into accounting software
- Record financial / accounting transaction activity for OFN and its subsidiaries
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Filing and organizing accounting documents
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by accounting management staff
