Job Title: Therapeutic Incentive Program Storekeeper
Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of functions for the Therapeutic Incentive Program (TIP), which is a hospital-wide program that distributes awards to individuals based on their program compliance. Storekeeper duties include assisting in the implementation of the TIP – distributing awards, maintaining documentation, daily tracking of input records, conducting TIP store on units, maintaining inventory, and attending meetings.
This position requires the applicant to be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, specifically Word and Excel. The TIP Storekeeper duties also include frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, working in different weather conditions, and frequent direct interaction with individuals utilizing TIP.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the TIP Coordinator in the implementation, promotion, and maintenance of the TIP system.
- Reviews records and other documents to obtain information.
- Communicates with individuals and employees to answer questions or explain information regarding TIP.
- Completes tasks and assignments associated with TIP.
- Maintains and updates inventory and database systems.
- Maintains detailed knowledge of the TIP system.
