Position Summary: The Director of Enterprise Accounts is responsible for leading all Mid-Market and Enterprise-level account efforts across both MRB (Marijuana-Related Businesses) and Non-MRB sectors. This role encompasses hunting new logos, growing existing accounts, onboarding, and managing all aspects of key accounts. The position requires exceptional sales acumen, strategic account management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service, while also representing the company at trade shows and industry events.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategic Growth:
- Lead sales and account management efforts for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts in assigned territories or sectors.
- Drive revenue growth across all lines of services, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Expand market share by identifying and developing relationships with new prospects and deepening engagement with existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategies for targeting and acquiring new logos while nurturing existing accounts for sustained growth.
Client Management:
- Onboard and oversee all aspects of Mid-Market and Enterprise-level client relationships, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with operational teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with Operations and Accounting teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate billing, and exceptional ongoing support.
Sales Process Execution:
- Utilize the National Secure Transport sales process, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and file storage systems to manage and update the sales pipeline.
- Respond to quote requests and inquiries promptly and in alignment with company standards.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads within 24 hours and maintain consistent engagement to close deals effectively.
Market Presence:
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events as required.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network to identify opportunities and enhance the company’s market visibility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and annual revenue targets achieved or exceeded.
- Growth in market share and expansion within assigned regions or sectors.
- Successful onboarding and retention of key Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
- Proactive engagement with leads and timely follow-ups.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum of three years of proven sales success in B2B environments, preferably within cash-in-transit, third-party logistics (3PL), or related service sectors.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and familiar with sales processes and pipeline management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training in business, sales, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
- Availability for travel to client sites, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
- Presence in the company’s cloud headquarters software during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM).
