Talascend is currently seeking Facilities Maintenance Support for a contract opportunity in Torrance, California
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide Preventative & Reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds.
Limited Preventative & Reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Routine Inspections of Fire Safety Systems.
Routing Inspections of Facility and Grounds.
Basic Carpentry and maintenance of facility physical structure.
Coordinating with vendors on contracted work.
REQUIREMENTS :
Basic trouble shooting / repairs on Electrical, Plumbing, walls & floors.
Utilizing ladders and lifts.
Understanding of applicable health and safety regulations and industrial standards and practices such as NFPA, DOT, ANSI, OSHA, etc.
Proficient computer skills and MS Office.
Salary : $45
