Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly forecasting and budgeting processes
- Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks and financial analysis
- Cycle every monthly closing of previous months
- Forecast the next three months
- Manage company profits and ensure optimal financial performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business)
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field (finance, accounting, business)
- Korean Bilingual required; working closely with HQ in Korea
- Excellent communication skills, as you will work closely with sales and marketing teams
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in forecasting and analysis skills/Profit management
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and big data management
