- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and trust
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices based on customer requirements
- Support the Outside Sales team by responding to customer inquiries and following up on orders
- Facilitate customer understanding of available products and services
- Contribute to a cohesive sales process and collaborate with the team to meet customer needs
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations
