Schedule : This role requires onsite presence from 7 : 30 AM to 2 : 00 PM Monday through Friday.
OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a well-organized dependable and efficient Office Clerk to join our team. This entry-level position is vital to the daily operations of our office providing essential support in clerical duties and front desk management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet and assist visitors maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail ensuring proper distribution to staff.
- Provide visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing data entry and document preparation.
- Stock office supplies and beverages including lifting cases of soda and water.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various office tasks and documentation.
