About the Role
Talascend seeks an exceptional Administrative Assistant to support our CHRO Vice Presidents. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, preparing presentations, and communicating with internal teams. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless project execution.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating team budgets and expenses
• Maintain accurate records and documents
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Develop and implement efficient workflows
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned

Essential Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Bilingual Korean language proficiency required
