Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our CHRO Vice Presidents. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports
- Develop and maintain division records, documents, and files
- Research information and prepare presentations, correspondence, contracts, and other business-related materials
- Collaborate with internal teams and business units to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
