A Talascend client in the Mobile, AL area has a need for a Process Support Engineer.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or 2 years of experience in Production Scheduling, Supply Chain Management or Production Planning
- Proficient in Excel including VBA
- PowerBI and / or BOBJ experience; comfortable creating SQL queries
- 2 years of continuous production environment experience
- Experience with planning and scheduling tools
- Programming experience
- Experience in metals manufacturing
- Detailed understanding of manufacturing product flow, data flow, manufacturing constraints and objectives in the order life cycle
- Ability to learn planning and scheduling tools to become subject matter expert
- Strong accountability ensuring timely delivery of projects
