Talascend is currently seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer for a long-term contract-to-direct opportunity with our client based in the Washington, DC metro.

OVERVIEW :
The Sr. ServiceNow Developer will lead continuous improvement initiatives for an enterprise ServiceNow implementation. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). Successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical leadership and the ability to collaborate in a diverse, matrixed environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and CSM modules.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and lead development reviews.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Create use cases, develop testing procedures, and ensure functionality and debugging are completed before production deployment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and update development progress in ServiceNow.
- Develop implementation plans, system architecture, and standard operating procedures for deployments.
- Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation.
