Talascend is currently seeking a Warranty Data Analyst for a contract opportunity in Auburn Hills, MI.
SUMMARY :
The Warranty Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the Warranty Data Analysis server, a Unix-based application. This includes tasks such as annual license updates, maintaining user logs, and ensuring adequate server space. The position also ensures data integrity across multiple sources, including warranty claims, recalls, service contracts, customer surveys, Dealer Issue Detection data, and Repair Order data.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support and maintain the Warranty Data Analysis server, ensuring it runs smoothly and securely.
- Perform annual license updates, user log maintenance, and manage server space efficiently.
- Ensure data integrity across multiple sources, including warranty claims, recalls, service contracts, and more.
- Analyze warranty claim data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide data insights to support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Technical Service Organization.
- Collaborate with quality and service teams to diagnose issues and update service information for dealers.
- Analyze customer satisfaction metrics, including Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Fixed First Visit (FFV).
- Assist in developing and optimizing new and existing data manipulation jobs for reporting.
- Respond to internal data and information requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create and present visual data displays and reports to management and other internal teams.
- Requirements : Onsite 3-5 days per week at CTC.
