Talascend is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Welder Advanced position located in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Produce high quality products and services for our customers.
• You will monitor production output and ensure that products meet customer specifications and quality expectations.
• You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area.
• Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, fabricating and repairing metal and other weldable materials by applying appropriate weld techniques and monitor assembly and continuous process improvement at the site to address safety, production, and adherence to quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Demonstrated ability to follow direction, read weld symbols, schematics, and blueprints.
• An ability to select, measure, cut and join appropriate metals to specifications.
• Prepare metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assemblage.
• Regularly clean and inspect welding equipment
