Overview :
The Learning and Knowledge Management team is a five-person unit responsible for supporting the company's Service Operations organization with their training strategy, learning resources and forms management process. As a Learning Analyst or Consultant, this individual shall work remote with occasional travel to the Talcott offices as needed.
In this role, you will partner with a Learning Consultant and three Learning Analysts to design and deliver training programs for both new hires with the annuity call center and tenured team members. We work within a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment with tight timelines. Our selected talent will collaborate with the learning team members to developing and oversee the documentation of business processes and systems. This individual will support company-wide projects initiatives. Additionally, they will deliver programs which are critical to the success of the team and more broadly, the entire organization. Key responsibilities include :
Provide consultation to learners and feedback to managers on the learning needs of the participantsProvide feedback will be instrumental in assessing the success of the learning programsDevelop and deliver innovative learning curriculum solutions to our employeesPartner with key stakeholders (i.e., Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts, Management, Workforce Planning, Legal, Human Resources) to evaluate business processes and establish learning goals / outcomesCoordinate and manage functional training assessment toolsCreate, maintain and update training materials and documentation to remain relevant and pertinent for in person and virtual training events.Remain current on learning trends and adult learning and development methods; utilize on-demand training classes as appropriateCreate training schedule with business partnersQualifications : Note
This position can be filled as a Learning Analyst or Learning Consultant commensurate with a candidate's experience. Qualified Learning Consultants shall possess the following qualifications :Minimum of 4 years of college or equivalent work experience in training delivery and / or customer serviceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated experience developing impactful training programs and customer relationshipsExperience in instructional design and developing training materials and / or procedures for self-directed and live facilitator led training sessionsWorking knowledge of recorded video presentations and / or multi-media presentationsStrong verbal and written communication skills with professional diplomacyExperience delivering training virtually and / or in person through a variety of mediumsDemonstrated collaboration and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in a call center environment, annuities, 401k's, life insurance, mutual funds or stock market activity is strongly preferredStrong technical skills in MS Office and SharePointA continuous learning mindset focused on innovation and flexibilityLearning Analyst Qualifications :

The annualized base pay range is mainly based on an evaluation of comparable positions in the external market. The actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range. The base pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, competence and demonstration of proficiencies essential for the role. The base pay is just one component of Talcott's total annual compensation for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is :
