HRIS Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of HRIS ensuring data integrity and system efficiency leveraging tools such as Dayforce Analytics for comprehensive HR data management.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff on HRIS (Dayforce), Power Bi, and SharePoint
- Develops, implements, and modifies HR related software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements.
- Configures HRIS to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions, including benefits administration, compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
- Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and the HR team.
- Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations.
- Supports L&D Team with data reporting on enterprise learning and Talent Management metrics in Dayforce (goal setting, performance check-ins, performance review data).
- Serves as the primary point of contact with external vendors supporting HR-related software and system needs.
- As company footprint expands internationally, identify HRIS gaps and determine needs to support global population
- Develop and implement data analytics solutions using Power BI to provide insights into HR Operations, Talent Management/ Acquisition, Performance, and other key metrics
- Collects and analyzes data from various sources, such as Dayforce (the HRIS platform), employee surveys, exit interviews, and other internal sources to identify developing trends and patterns shaping program development, training, and workforce planning.
- Develop reporting capabilities and dashboards to track HR metrics
- In assessing developing trends, recommend refinements to HR processes and policies, such as recruitment, retention, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in Dayforce management, data analytics, and SharePoint development, with a minimum of 3-5 years in relevant roles.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Dayforce (e.g., Dayforce Analytics), advanced Excel skills, and experience with Power BI and SharePoint development.
- Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Work Environment: This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
