As a Service Manager, you will oversee field service operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field service teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery/repairs.
- Oversee electrical/mechanical/ hardware/software repair activities of CNC machines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to enhance quality control processes.
- Review schematics and technical documentation for accurate project execution.
- Monitor distributed control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee and manage the shipping/receiving/warehouse/inventory.
- Communicate clearly with clients on invoicing/billing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field service management within the CNC sector OR proven experience as a lead field service technician.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and electrical engineering principles.
- Experience with SAP.
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality in service delivery.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with distributed control systems is highly desirable.
- This position is a Direct Hire role.
- Willingness to to travel 5%
