We are seeking a skilled Induction Coil Repairman to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role offers competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and room for career advancement.
Primary Duties:
- Build, assemble, and repair induction coils per specifications
- Prepare materials, including shaping copper wire and installing insulation
- Perform coil testing and troubleshooting to meet performance standards
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of induction coil building or related experience
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work 50–65 hours weekly, including overtime
- Comfortable working with copper wire, insulation materials, and hand tools
- Brazing experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
