Responsibilities:
- Repair Progressive dies, Transfer Dies, and other dies used in metal stamping.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate and assemble dies accurately.
- Use a variety of tools, including milling machines, lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize die design and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform quality checks and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- 8 years experience or holding Journeyman's card.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of die construction techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.
