Taldeco is searching for a Skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Nashville, TN!
2nd Shift: 2PM to 10:30PM.
Pay: $20-21hour depending on experience
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years as a machine operator in an industrial setting. (Preferably in the metal manufacturing industry)
Proficiency with basic hand tools such as wrenches, tape measures, etc.
Ability to stand for hours and lift materials when needed.
**Candidates with previous experience working with press machines or laser cutting machines are highly encouraged to apply.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the setup and operation of laser cutting machines.
Load and unload metal sheets onto the laser cutter using appropriate lifting tools.
Monitor the cutting process for accuracy and quality, reporting any issues to the operator.
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning lenses, nozzles, and work areas.
Handle and dispose of scrap metal and waste materials properly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
