Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Perform setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of machines to ensure smooth production.
- Monitor production processes and adjust machines as needed to meet specifications.
- Assist with material handling, assembly, and quality control tasks as required.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and machine performance.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a machine operator or in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven ability to stay with a company long-term and contribute to team success.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and ability to operate machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
