What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Technician position at Taldeco?
Taldeco is searching for skilled Process Technicians to join our team in Russellville, KY!
2nd shift:3:00-11:00PM. Monday through Friday. No weekends.
$28-32hour depending on experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2 years experience as a process technician in an industrial setting.
Proficiency using hand tools such as wrenches, tape measures, etc.
**Candidates with prior injection molding experience highly encouraged to apply.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform start-up and shutdown procedures for machines, ensuring all settings are optimized for the specific job.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues related to the injection molding process, such as pressure, temperature, and cycle time.
Conduct regular maintenance on machines and be able to perform light troubleshooting when needed.
Follow all safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for self and team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
