As a Technical Recruiter at Taldeco, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients in the industrial sector. This position is essential for ensuring that we meet the staffing needs of our partners while fostering strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions within the industrial sector.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and expand Taldeco's network.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or internal recruiting within the industrial sector. (preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
