- Develop and maintain key relationships, driving brand awareness and acquiring new clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing referral sources, emphasizing long-term business. Ensure satisfaction of referral sources, cultivating ongoing business.
- Represent Talem Home Care in community settings, networking groups, and events.
- Respond to client inquiries, conduct assessments, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Effectively communicate within the team to meet clients' needs and satisfaction.
- Assess and onboard new clients
- Maintain a working knowledge of Talem Home Cares requirements and obligations.
- Meet KPIs / goals for activity, leads, and revenue / client starts.
- Complete weekly referral log and platform management.
- Successfully executes a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development including prospecting / diversification and call frequency / routing. Plans activity to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.
- Works closely with the Executive Director / Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth by focusing every team member on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients.
- Minimum two years of sales experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong analytical skills for informed decision-making.
- Current drivers license and willingness to travel 80% of the time.
- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and positive attitude.
- Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsible for being a good steward of the company's financial resources by projecting a return on monies spent and managing a Sales and Marketing expense budget.
- Must have strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
- Holds a valid driver's license and has a clean driving record.
