Job Description :
The Certified Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Tech will provide assistance during cardiac surgery procedures.
This role will require the ability to perform openheart surgery cases and experience in thoracic procedures is preferred.
Shift typically consists of 4x10s with the possibility of oncall duties. The oncall responsibilities include one weekend per month one day on call per week and one late shift per week (exact shift hours and oncall duties to be discussed during the interview).
Must be able to support open heart surgery cases and be competent in cardiac and thoracic surgery.
Compensation : Pay rate : $70 / hr
Daily overtime available after 24 hours weekly overtime after 40 hours (based on multiplier)
No pricing negotiations permitted
Requirements :
NBSTSA certification is required at the time of submission.
Prior cardiac surgery (CVOR) experience is essential; thoracic surgery experience is preferred.
Must be strong in CT surgery.
Willingness to work every other holiday.
