Job Description :
Lakeside At Mallard Landing is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services and ensure highquality care for residents. This leadership role involves managing therapy programs supervising staff and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator an effective leader and passionate about improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all rehabilitation services including physical occupational and speech therapy
- Supervise and support rehab staff including therapists and assistants
- Develop implement and monitor patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with state federal and facility regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for patient care and facility records
- Provide training and ongoing education to rehab staff
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize patient care and facility operations
- Monitor department budgets staffing needs and resource allocation
