Salary Range :

  • PT & OT : $45 $50 / hr
  • PTA & COTA : $36 $40 / hr
  • SLP : $47 $52 / hr

Job Description :

We are seeking a Director of Rehab to lead the rehabilitation team at Orchard Park Health and Rehabilitation Center . This role involves overseeing therapy services managing staff and ensuring highquality patient care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
  • Supervise and support physical occupational and speech therapy staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
  • Manage department budgets staffing and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality assurance standards.

    • Requirements :

  • Education : Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) Occupational Therapy (OT) SpeechLanguage Pathology (SLP) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • License : Active licensure in respective discipline.
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years of rehab experience or 1 year of eadership experience preferred.
