Salary Range:
- PT & OT: $45 - $50/hr
- PTA & COTA: $36 - $40/hr
- SLP: $47 - $52/hr
We are seeking a Director of Rehab to lead the rehabilitation team at Orchard Park Health and Rehabilitation Center. This role involves overseeing therapy services, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Supervise and support physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Manage department budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality assurance standards.
- Education: Degree in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- License: Active licensure in respective discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of rehab experience or 1 year of eadership experience preferred.
