Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Tech to join the team at Providence Seaside Hospital . The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, work closely with physicians, and ensure high-quality imaging to assist in patient care.
Responsibilities :
- Perform ultrasound imaging as ordered by physicians.
- Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings for optimal imaging results.
- Analyze imaging results and provide preliminary findings to radiologists or physicians.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education regarding the procedure.
- Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment as needed.
- Document patient history, imaging results, and procedural details accurately.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety regulations.
