Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM, Day (4x12 Hours)
Pay Rate : $64 / hr
Patient Ratios : 1 : 4
Job Description :
Covenant Medical Center is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN to provide specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The RN will assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
- Interpret EKG readings and recognize cardiac arrhythmias.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
