Pay Rate : $66 / hr (W2)
Job Description :
Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Unit Manager to join our team. This role requires strong leadership and clinical skills to oversee daily nursing operations while ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Coordinate patient care and communicate with healthcare teams
Support staffing needs by covering open shifts as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Work 5 days a week, including 1 weekend per month
Requirements :
Active RN License in Pennsylvania (or compact state eligibility)
Minimum 1 years of nursing experience, with leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
