Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM; Monday-Friday
Annual Salary : $70,000 - $93,000 (Salary based on experience. If someone has no supervisory experience, prior Therapist experience will be considered for placement on the range.)
The Child Behavioral Health Supervisor is responsible for the administrative and daily functioning of the Wraparound Program, which includes all the functions necessary for the delivery of services to the institutions and client populations of the community served by this program.
As a Child Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following :
1. Provide supervision to staff and interns in the children's Wraparound program.
2. Maintain Comprehensive oversight and monitoring of chart documentation compliance, collecting data for analysis of trends and deficiencies and establishing corrective measures in such instances.
3. Managing staff and department within the span of control, including but not limited to making recommendations with particular weight as to the interviewing, selecting, hiring, and termination of staff; setting and adjusting hours of work; onboarding and training staff; directing work and assignments; appraising and evaluation of staff work performance; handling of staff complaints and grievances; and disciplining employees.
4. Collaborate across all Children's Behavioral Health programs regarding CMH wraparound cases and SED Waiver cases.
5. Assist in providing coaching, training, and direction to all Wraparound staff.
6. Review and organize all treatment records and reports pertaining to the treatment and the rendering of services to children.
7. Work in consultation with the Quality Department to assure that service activities and case records meet or exceed the standards established by accrediting bodies as necessary.
8. Assume responsibility for reports required by the Wraparound program, agency, or funding sources.
9. Participate in the assessment of community needs and consult with community organizations as needed.
10. Complete 25 hours of program and / or position-specific training on an annual basis. This includes all required training associated with the fidelity of the wrap-around model

Travel : Mileage Reimbursement when personal vehicle used - IRS standard. .64 per mile
Any training paid for by TGC.

Requirements :
- Master's Degree in one of the mental health professions. - Required.
- Two or more years of experience in the delivery of mental health to children and families. - Required.
- Must have full State of Michigan Licensure : LMSW, LLP, or LPC - Required.
