Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Facility: Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital
Location: 1165 Montgomery Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95405
Shift: 08:30 - 17:00Day (5x8 Tuesday - Saturday)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $60/hr on W2 or $64/hr on 1099 (Local Rate will be Discussed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with both acute and chronic disorders, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
- Perform functional activity assessments and implement appropriate interventions.
- Provide patient education and support regarding rehabilitation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols and safety standards.
- Float between different units or nearby facilities as needed.
- Complete required documentation and charting using Epic software.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
- Certifications: Manual Therapy and Hand Therapy certifications required.
