They are growing their sales org and seeking a VP Sales to be an individual contributor to help capture new business.

Required Skills
- 8 years of professional sales experience, with expertise in hunting & capturing new business
- Expertise selling to enterprise / B2B Clients
- Experience working in SaaS, HR Software, Employee insights/analytics, Education, or similar business models
- Proven track-record of exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in B2B sales
- Experience implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Experience monitoring market trends, competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks, and reporting on sales performance for senior leadership
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to lead a room
