Job Title : Customer Service Representative II (Temp-to-Perm)
Salary : $23 per / hour
Hours : 9am-5 : 30pm
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity! This role provides front-line support for customer inquiries, order processing, and serves as an in-house resource for sales operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders received through EDI, email, fax, and phone in the ERP system
- Document customer complaints and feedback
- Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and follow up on PO discrepancies, backorders, and confirmations
- Coordinate with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Shipping, Finance, and Production
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and archiving
- Adhere to company quality management systems and industry regulations
- Assist customers with product solutions, recommendations, and troubleshooting
- Other duties as assigned
