This is a full-time position with Talent 101 and is located at our HQ in Addison, Texas.
Skills/Experience
- 2 - 4 years relative experience in an accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting role beyond data entry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets from scratch, creating formulas, linking data between spreadsheets and formatting for maximum presentation appeal
- Quickbooks experience is a plus
- Accounting and General Ledger experience
- Excellent verbal and communications skills
- Ability to function independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Deadline oriented
- Organized with attention to detail accuracy required
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Monthly and year-end reporting
- Implement the payroll process
- Invoicing & collections
- A/P & A/R
- Accounting filing/organization of files
- Monthly A/P accruals and A/P adjustments
- Reconciliation
- Other duties as assigned
