Duties and Responsibilities :
Installation and Commissioning :
Execute on-site installation of fruit sorting equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Conduct comprehensive commissioning tests to validate equipment performance.
Maintenance and Repairs :
Perform routine maintenance on sorting machines to prevent downtime and ensure long-term reliability.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
Execute repairs and replace faulty components to restore equipment to optimal condition.
Customer Training :
Provide comprehensive training to customers on equipment operation and routine maintenance procedures.
Offer guidance on best practices for maximizing sorting efficiency and minimizing disruptions.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Generate detailed reports for customers and internal teams, documenting findings and recommendations.
Remote Support :
Utilize remote monitoring tools to assess equipment performance and troubleshoot issues remotely.
Collaborate with customers via phone or online platforms to guide them through problem resolution.
Continuous Improvement :
Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and contribute to product improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Skills and Qualifications :
Electrical Skills :
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLCs and control panels.
Mechanical Aptitude :
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in industrial machinery.
Technical Competence :
Knowledge of automation systems and sensors used in sorting equipment.
Familiarity with pneumatic systems and their integration with machinery.
Customer Service :
