Job Summary :
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning and supervising construction projects from start to
finish, including managing the project budget and schedule constraints.The PM is responsible for ensuring
the project has all the necessary resources, information, and roadblocks are removed to ensure successful
delivery and a satisfied client.The Project Manager will ensure that quality standards meet company
standards on all projects.

- The PM initiates the collaborative process with the estimator and superintendent on new projects
including completion of Estimate Buyout and identification of project start-up needs.
including weekly follow up to make sure processes are timely not to impact field activities.

Job Qualifications / Requirements :
Travel required primarily within 120 miles of the corporate headquarters
Schedule : Mon - Fri / 7am-4pm
