Job Summary :

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning and supervising construction projects from start to

finish, including managing the project budget and schedule constraints.The PM is responsible for ensuring

the project has all the necessary resources, information, and roadblocks are removed to ensure successful

delivery and a satisfied client.The Project Manager will ensure that quality standards meet company

standards on all projects.

  • The PM initiates the collaborative process with the estimator and superintendent on new projects

including completion of Estimate Buyout and identification of project start-up needs.

  • Organizes pre-construction meetings with the project team (client, design team, owners representative)
  • Oversees the Project Engineer in Managing the Request for Information (RFI) and submittal process,
  • including weekly follow up to make sure processes are timely not to impact field activities.

  • Manages the change order processes
  • Schedules and leads planning meetings for each project and ensures that the agenda is being followed
  • to include all elements including a detailed plan review each week.

  • Leads Project Review Meetings (30 / 50 / 70 / 100%) Stages
  • Manages and reviews project schedule and collaborates with the superintendent
  • Establishes contract value & creates scope of subcontract agreements to vendors on projects
  • Oversees the subcontracting process through constant and clear communication to PC & Accounting
  • Coordinates major material purchases and deliveries
  • Creates and manages the project budget, including completing cost projections for approval monthly.
  • Creates the Schedule of Values (SOV) for project and manages monthly billings to the owner.
  • Codes invoices according to the project budget
  • Ensures Quality Control Checklists and verifications from the field are complete and on file within the
  • Project File.

  • Supports team in project completion and close out process (punch list, O&Ms, and as-builts)
  • The PM oversees the Project Engineer in tracking and completion of Warranty items.
  • Manages and oversee that the Project Engineer is keeping PlanGrid current.
  • Travels to and from job sites, clients, vendors, and office.
  • Job Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in construction industry
  • Individual must be well-versed in construction methodologies
  • Preferred, experience with Procore
  • Travel required primarily within 120 miles of the corporate headquarters

    Schedule : Mon - Fri / 7am-4pm
