Superintendent Job Summary :
The Superintendent (PM) is responsible for planning and supervising construction projects from start to finish, including managing the project budget and schedule constraints. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the project has all the necessary resources, information, and roadblocks are removed to ensure successful delivery and a satisfied client. The Superintendent will ensure that quality standards meet company standards on all projects and manage all subcontractors onsite.

- The Superintendent is involved in the collaborative process with the estimator and PM on new projects, including completion of Estimate Buyout and identification of project start-up needs.
- Organizes pre-construction meetings with the project team (client, design team, owners representative)
- Supervises and manages subcontractors onsite
- Schedules and leads planning meetings for each project and ensures that the agenda is being followed to include all elements including a detailed plan review each week.
- Join in on Project Review Meetings (30 / 50 / 70 / 100%) Stages
- Collaborates with the Project manager on project schedule
- Reviews scope of subcontract agreements to vendors on projects
- Oversees the subcontracting process through constant and clear communication to PC & Accounting
- Coordinates major material purchases and deliveries
- Creates and manages the project budget, including completing cost projections for approval monthly
- Codes invoices according to the project budget
- Ensures Quality Control Checklists and verifications from the field are complete and on file within the Project File
- Travels to and from job sites, clients, vendors, and office.
Job Qualifications / Requirements :
Minimum of five (5) years experience in construction industry
Individual must be well-versed in construction methodologies
Preferred, experience with Procore
Travel required primarily within 120 miles of the corporate headquarters
Schedule : Mon - Fri / 7am-4pm
